How to do it

In a bowl mix lemon grass, garlic, shallot, fish sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, black pepper, and chili flakes

Heat oil in a large pan or walk over medium high heat, add the chicken and cook for 4-5 minutes, steering occasionally until caramelized and golden brown. Remove the chicken and the city side.
