How to do it

Make the dough. Mix flour, water, olive oil and salt. Knead until smooth then cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.

Heat olive oil in a pan and sautéed the onion until soft. add the cooked lentils or mashed chickpeas, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well and cook briefly.

Roll out the rested dough on a floured surface and cut it into small squares. Place a small amount of the feeling in the center of each square and pinch the edges together to seal.

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and drop in the dumplings. Let them cook until they float then drain and set aside.

Heat olive oil in a pan at the minced garlic and sauté briefly. Steer in the tomato sauce, red pepper flakes and salt and then let it simmer

mix the plant based yogurt with minced garlic, lemon juice, and salt until smooth

In a dry pan over medium heat, toast, the walnuts or peanuts until golden and fragrant

Arrange the cooked Monty on a plate. Drizzle with yogurt sauce and spoon over the tomato sauce. Sprinkle with toasted nuts and fresh mint before serving.
