How to do it

Heat up some olive oil in a wok and fry the yellow curry paste for 2 minutes

Add the spinach until they slink. Rinse the chickpeas and add them to the spinach. Also add the sun dried tomatoes, diced tomatoes, the coconut milk and the juice of the lemon

Bring to boil and let it boil on soft fire for 20-30 minutes untill it thickens a bit up. If you serve it with rice, cook it according to the package
