Oregano

White wine vinegar
2 tsp
Mustard
1 cloves
Garlic

Shallot
200 g
Cucumbers
150 g
Arugula melange
4 tbsp

How to do it

Heat the grillpan with olive oil. Cut the zucchini in thin oblique slices. Grill the slices and spice it with some salt and peper. Cool them.

Slice the mushroom melange and chestnuts mushrooms and bake them in olive oil with the oregano, peper and some salt. Cool them.

Make the dressing by whipping the olive oil, white wine vinegar and mustard. Add the garlic and salt and peper. Chop the shallot real fine and add them to the dressing. Slice the cucumbers.

Add the arugula melange to the plate with the vegetables and almonds. Sprinkle the dressing on top. Enjoy!!
