How to do it

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the orzo according to the package instructions

In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat

Add garlin, onion, and red pepper flakes and saute for 2 minutes

Stir in sun-dried tomatoes, oregano, basil, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cool for one minute.

Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Stir occasionally for about 3 minutes.

Add coconut milk and let it heat through

Stirn in the cooked orzo and mix well

Add Parmesan cheese and stir until creamy

Add spinach and fried chicken and cook for another 2-3 minutes

Garnish with fresh basic and extra parmesan
