How to do it

Make the pasta and leave it to rest inside the fridge for 10 min . Roll the pasta dough with just little bit more white flour underneath just not to stuck on the table or if u have a pasta machine then will be more easy .

Cut the pasta as you desire.

Boiling and salty water ON

Roast the mushrooms, and wild garlic , season with salt and black pepper deglaze with white wine.

Put the pasta inside the water and boil it for 2 min , take it out and put straight on top of the mushrooms. Ad wild garlic , check the seasoning and then put just an little olive oil or some water from the pot that you boiled the pasta just to incorporate all the ingredients together.
