How to do it

Put a big pot of water with some salt to a boil, to cook the pasta. Follow the instructions on the packaging. 🤓 AL DENTE 🤤☝🏼Drain the pasta and rince with some cold water & set aside.

Pre-heat your oven on a high temperature 🔥🔥🔥(grill). Put the point bell peppers on a baking tray 🌶🌶🌶 and place them high in the oven for about 10 min on each side until they are black. Then cover with thin foil for a few minutes.

In the meanwhile slice a zucchini in thin slices 🥒 on an angle aswel as the mushrooms + season with salt & pepper. First grill the zucchini on a high HEAT 🔥, follow with the mushrooms. Set aside.

Continue with the point bell peppers. Peal off the black skin, piece of cake 🍰 thanks to the foil 🥳! Take out the seeds and cut into cubes.

Wash the tomatoes 🍅, cut out the core (green in the middle 🤢) and slice into cubes.

Time to assemble!!! 🥁🥁🥁 Take a large salad bowl... 🥗 Start with young spinach leaves. Then put in the greek pasta, the zucchini, muchrooms, tomatoes & point bell peppers. Finish with crumbled feta cheese, basil leaves 🍃 zeste and juice of half a lemon 🍋 and add a generous amount of olive oil, 🧂 sea salt & black pepper... Et voila! 🤗👩🏼🍳🥗🤩 Bon appetit mon chéri! ✌🏼, 💚 & 🥗!!
