How to do it

Cut the onion and garlic. Heat up some olive oil in a pan and fry the onion and garlic. Add the oregano and whole peeled canned tomatoes once they are transparent and let it simmer for 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Heat up butter in a pan and fry the gnocchi in it for about 9 minutes. Cut the mozzarella and basil in the meantime.

Top the gnocchi with the tomato sauce and the mozzarella. Garnish with basil to finish it up.
